Sasha gifted Phina with a heated jacket to keep her warm enough to tolerate a mild winter day. Provided she stays dry and keeps the snow on the outside, it keeps her whole body toasty comfortable, even when she chooses to dress so lightly in other ways. She'll even allow others to warm their hands when she can.
