Ballpoint pen is one of my favorite unorthedox art mediums because of how fluid it is. You can sketch with one like you would a pencil for the most part, and I like how you are able to smear the ink.

This shows Alice's darker side. She has the tentacles under her shirt usually, but only uses them occasionally.
