Just something I threw together in Photoshop. I used the Polygonal Lasso Tool, as well as Shift+F5 to make this. I'm not actually sure what that style's called, but oh well. I used official Torracat images as the base.

Bleh, or as his friends have taken to calling him, Whiskey, is an adorable Torracat, madly in love with an Alolan Vulpix named Rosemary. Super sappy stuff, I know >w< Just a couple of cute characters I came up with at some point. Expect me to write about them in the near future!
