We got airborne X-ray!! – Black Mesa!
At 9:47 AM an accident known as a "resonance cascade" occurred at the Black Mesa research facility in New Mexico, which caused serious damage to the infrastructure of the entire site. But it also brought unidentified creatures that quickly invented the installation.

Chaos reigned in the installation for hours as scientists and security personnel struggled to survive between portal storms, hostile aliens and failing infrastructure. The situation did not seem to improve since the alien creatures did not stop entering Earth through the space / time ruptures.
Due to the seriousness of the situation ,by noon, a HECU unit (Hazardous Environment Combat Unit) was dispatched from the military bases of New Mexico. Equipped with armored vehicles, VTOL vertical clearance aircraft and US Army marines, the HECU is a unit trained to combat any kind of non-conventional threat such as aliens.

But even for the Marines and with all of their equipment the invasion from Xen (the world behind the portals) proved to be too much for them and ,after two days of intense fighting and constant retreat, Black Mesa's research facility would be totally vaporized by a nuclear bomb.
Unfortunately, such an effort would not end the problems and, what used to be portals located exclusively in Black Mesa, became a worldwide event. But the worst was to come as the storm of portals would attract the attention of an enemy of unimaginable power: an interplanetary empire called the Combine.
In 7 hours each country, nation and human on earth surrendered and gave the planet to the Combine thus starting Half-life 2’s events.
Ehehe, a spectacular drawing that I wanted to do since I finished the Black Mesa remaster. What you see in the drawing are 3 AV-8B aircraft of the Marines, being pursued by "mantarays" belonging to the forces of Xen. The aircraft are equipped with AIM-9 and GBU-24 guided bombs.

Definitivamente este junto con el que hiciste de Subnautica los veo como potencial para enmarcarlos y colgarlos como cuadros, en especial para pode apreciar al 100% todos los detalles que le colocaste.

Sin contar Black Mesa no fue hecho por valve, sino que empezó como un mod para el motor source hecho por fans.
Ojala veamos HL3 algún día, aunque también puede que salga una total mierda, con multiplayer obligatorio, microtransacciones, skins y todas esas cosas que se ven en los juegos actuales. Hell, hasta podría ser otro puto battle royale ya que todo debe ser eso ahaha.

¡Noooooo!, Las misiones deben ser para una sola persona si o si, sin multiplayer, si va a tener mods y esa joda, sera en multiplayer como pasó en half life 1, alavez, hay muchas cosas inconclusas de half life y incluso sucesos de portal 1 y 2 que se podrían resolver en HL3 (aunque llegue a tener parte 1 y 2).
El HL3 va a tener que resolver y conectar sucesos.
Pueda que si metan half life 3 agreguen la pistola de portal ya que encontraron el borealis. (Cosa que si eso llega a pasar todo va a explotar)

Manta Ray is a transport/ground attack aircraft, in original HL they are always being chased by F16's, I just can't imagine them shooting down a jet-fighter with sort of weapons they have (and in-game they never do). Personally I really felt strange on Black Mesa late Surface Tension levels where it seems that Xen forces otperform HECU hard, in original it seemed that Marines pile up xenians in droves, being pulled out simply for avoiding unncesessairy losses and deal with aliens from the distance, with artillery, aerial and missile strikes
the alien have better tech then humans anyway meaning they always win in battles like the aliens
