Yeah. I contacted them about the issue. The head was squishing my face and made it uncomfortable to wear. They took it back for a full refurbishing. I couldn't be happier!
HEAD

Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Q - Are you satisfied with how it fits you?
A - Yes. The inner liner feels silky, helps my head breathe and allows it to fit in with ease. Comfortable to wear. And the built in fan assists with drying.
Q - Hows the ventilation?
A - Now that my head fits its great! The fan is powerful enough to keep my face cool and dry. They used a centrifugal fan that brings in fresh air through the nose which is neat.
Q - How is the vision
A - In comparison to my other suit (made by a different maker) it's an improvement. I'm already blind without glasses.

Q - How is the symmetry
A - It is very well done. The eyes' lineup the markings are where they should be. And the nose is perfect.
Q - How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head
A - I'm impressed and satisfied. From the floppy cute ears to the adorable milti coloured nose. I love everything about it.

Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Q - How satisfied are you with how the body fits.
A - Body fits like a glove and still allows me to be mobile without having to worry about ripping a seam. They knew exactly where to leave some slack. Which helps because I like to dance and be bouncy.
Q - How's the quality and durability?
A -The quality of the fur is outstanding. NosewolfCreations said themselves that they only order high quality faux fur. I've had this suit for 2 years and the suit still feels like a silk blanket! Haven't had any issues with the stitching at all.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Getting it on is a bit challenging at first. Got used to that. The method that was used with the zipper is more suiting than usual back/front because of the short pile. The tight fit brings out the form of my body and I'm still in love with how the fur feels. Overall I am really satisfied with how the body came out.

HANDS AND FEET

Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Q - How satisfied are you with how the hands and feet fit?
A - Both hands and feet fit snug. The shoes used for the feet paws are comfy and don't cause blisters after wearing them for extended amounts of time like my older suit.
Q - How is the quality and durability
A - The effort that was put into these shows. Claws are soft and line up. And haven't shown any sign of wear yet. I drag my heels, and the mat on the foot paws still hasn't worn yet.

Q - Shaving even?
A - Shaving is outstanding on both the hands and feet.

Magnetic indoor feet paw pads! They are super soft and super cute!!
TAILS

Q - How's the quality and durability?
A - Tail was made just the way I wanted. Big. Fluffy. And with bit of a curl.

A - Dual straps help with tail balance. Straps on the tail are strong enough to almost lift me.

A - Yes.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Overall the suit is comfortable and looks amazing. The natural colors and varying lengths of fur blend together to make quite a unique suit. If I could change anything that would be my tummy size :P Any issues I did have has been resolved
