Do you have any prior experience with fursuits?
This was the first suit I ordered, but I did get a premade that was turned into a commission first so I had a full plantigrade suit to base it off of. I currently own two fullsuits and a mini partial as of writing this.

Did the maker finish the item by the expected date (ETA)?
YES - the ETA was accurate
Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
Yes, I had a spot on the nose and they told me it was from shaping and that coloring it in would make it go away. It isn’t really noticeable unless you really look at it.
HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.
Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Out of the three suit heads I own this one comes in second. It was built on 24” base which I thought was fine because the head to my other fullsuit was built on one as well. It fits a little more snug than that one. It requires a little more finagling to get it on as the balaclava (made from custom printed lyrica) came unglued from the foam in a few parts (I think was because of shipping). I have yet to fix it because it really isn’t too much of a bother and is only around the eyes and a little around the mouth. It has a blind spot, but nothing that isn’t workable. I can get around pretty well without a handler. His head is on the heavier side so I do take more frequent breaks. Since he does press against my face a little, it makes breathing a little more difficult but nothing terrible. Overall, he wears well!

You can see creases where the foam was put together on the fur. I am not sure if this is because of the foam or seams of the furs, my best guess is a little of both. The mouth hangs open a bit and gives a derpy look, which I love! His eyes are follow-me eyes with stunning purples and blues and a star in them. The fur looks fine to me, but I am no expert there were times where I wondered if it was upside down, but like I said no expert and it all seems ok! (If there is any easy way to tell please lef me know!) One of the antlers flops a little more than the other, but because she sculpts these by hand. You can also see the seams around the base of the antlers to about a third of the way up on the back of them. There are minor flaws, but nothing major and nothing I figured was worth mentioning to the maker because it either couldn’t be fixed or was so miniscule that I didn’t need to fret over it. The main thing being the foam and seams, I figured it was just something that happens as I have seen it on my friends who own suits by them; it really does not make it any less pleasing and is not terribly noticeable! Overall it is a cute head!
BODY
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the body of the costume.
If you are reviewing armsleeves or legs/pants that are seperate from a bodysuit, your answers would also go in this section.
(Appendages, such as hands, feet, tails, etc., are discussed later.)
Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The body was built off my dtd and fits a little loose which I did intentionally. I did this to give me a little more room to move about and hopefully dance in it. Turns out doing this also made it to where my boyfriend of 6’ could also fit into him! He fits well! Everything lines up nicely.

Overall he looks well and feels ok for the most part. The purple on his backside has a rougher feel to it and I am not sure if this is just because of the location of it or the fur itself. I have not brought it to the maker’s attention because I figured it was just the fur itself and I don’t have it anywhere else on my suit to compare it to. The gray fur with glitter strands tends to get a little crinkily and look like heat damage in some places, but isn’t. The ends are little frayed in some spots. I have never dried this suit in a dryer and it was washed on the cold setting so there is no way for me to have caused extreme heat damage to it; the only damage could have been caused by me just wearing it. It isn’t notciable unless you actually inspect the fur. The glitter strands in it tend to get smushed together so it requires extra care to keep it as straight as possible! Overall I am happy with how the bodysuit turned out!
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.
Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The hand hooves- they are a little hard to keep on as they are three fingered and stuffed with polyfil to give them some shape. I have to pull them down every now and again to keep them from falling off. They are not lined so I will probably change out the polyfil every other convention. The are made well and have no worries about them breaking or popping seams.
The feet hooves- they are built on slip on shoes and require a little bit of help to get on. This isn’t the maker’s fault, I have back issues so putting these on while already in suit makes it a little difficult for me. I’m also bad about getting the back of the shoe to bend under my heel so that is the other reason. They fit really well and I feel like I could wear them as normal shoes if I wanted to! They are lined with custom printed lyrica.

Both the hands and feet look really amazing! I am not sure if the seams are supposed to face up or not when wearing the handpaws as both ways look great and I was not told specifically so I figured it was a suiter preference. The fur around the back of the feet hooves does touch the ground a bit so I do have to clean them if I go out each and every time or else I risk it clinging onto whatever dirt and debris was on the ground! Overall really pretty!
TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.
Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The tail is a little nub tail with belt loops. The belt loops a little small so getting my seat buckle belt through it took a little bit of effort. It fits fine though and lines up with the suit. It moves and bounces well.

It looks great and with the two different lenths of fur it gives it a really cool look. The only thing I have on it is the fact that around the base it is a tad crinkily. It is nothing terribly and the maker gave me ways to fix it if I thought it could be heat damage. This tail has also only been washed in cold water and never dried in a dryer so the only damage could have come from jusy sweat and me or my boyfriend wearing it. It is on the underside so you can’t really notice it.
OVERALL SATISFACTION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with the overall buying experience, including your interactions with the maker and the resulting final product.
How well does everything fit together and match up?
He looks really well put together and is a hit with everyone who has seem him! Yes his antler does flop a little but I think it just plays into his derpy personality. He was an artist liberty suit with the only specifications being: a buck, no pink on the suit, show me a rough sketch, and that his name was Meteor. I did not include the concept art because I was told it could change and vary since it was an art lib suit afterall! I think he turned out wonderfully and looks really nice. I don’t have any major complaints! He got really used to dealing with blind spots and how to properly take care of myself while fursuiting.
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I first messaged on Twitter and tried to message there, but realized quickly that she did takes quotes that way so I looked her up and asked her on instagram if she could give me a quote when she was open (she now has a quote form for customers to use on her FA, this was not active when I bought the suit). I found her thanks to Kono’s tweet with his sis going viral.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
She always responded anytime I asked anything within a day, even if I asked at some ungodly hour. We started out on Instagram but continued contact through Telegram once I set mine up.
How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Since this was my first time comissioning a suit, I had lots of questions. She was always very kind and was understanding when I asked anything from sizing to what are arm sleeves? She made me feel valued and that it was ok to ask for help. She even helped me with how to fix another one of my suits. I absolutely loved working with her.
How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I asked for a Halloween completion date as the weekend before Halloween I normally have a convention. I did not find out till later that the convention had been moved back so while intially the weekend around Halloween was missed, I do not consider it a missed ETA because I had asked for it to be here by the convention date. She even paid for it to be shipped overnight as it was shipped out a day or two before the convention. She apologized for the inconvenience and only had me cover normal shipping cost. She even threw in fursona pins of her suits which I thanked her for!
Are you happy with the product you received?
I think he was worth it overall and that she as a maker will continue to improve! I have heard nothing but nice things from others that own suits by her as well! I love him deerly (heh)! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get a starter suit or to get a toony style of their sona done!
Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Overall the maker is easy to work with and will treat you like a valued customer. She is by far one of the nicest and most professional people I have come across and I would more than happily recommend her to anyone!
