It seems 
TripRat's eastern dragoness Helena is rather... confused at her foot. Rather, she's confused as to why it's so far down her body - all that wiggly noodle is curled up onto itself, and the once-anthro dragoness is absolutely puzzled as to how this could have happened.
I really like the way this came out, it's adorable and silly.
