She could be infertile or have PCOS( Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) meaning the possiblity of having kids is very low. I have PCOS myself and may never have kids, though I really dont want kids anyways due to multiple reasons.
Could be she will never find a someone to be with either, anything is possible.
Still it sucks badly, among other things.
