The swimring variety, yes. But to be honest, what you use in a vehicle is either natural rubber, or butyl rubber.
Useless facts:
Although natural rubber was first used for tires and tubes, believe it or not, the stuff is actually porous. Which meant all tires would slowly lose air over time and inflation was regular maintenance (We're talking a span of months)
Butyl rubber tubes have better air retention, but are not as "springy" as natural rubber. But they are cheaper to make.
Actually, just did a quick fact check on myself, turns out that bike natural rubber tubes are in fact made out of latex! (Just a lot thicker than a balloon) =^^=
