I actually did help myself with values doing a photo scrap,
Placing pictures to get values, but i tried to not make it a photobashing.

>Inspiration Sources:

♦ I created the idea by mixing random shapes in blotches of ink.
♦ when is saw some figures i just started to define them.
♦ Game of thrones dragons.

♦ Use of mixer brush
♦ Use of the real brush type brushes, with hairs, tilt and all.
♦ Selection fill
♦ Layer blending modes.

Ummm….i guess kind of the idealistic dream of watching a sunset in a beautiful landscape.

I wish i was there.

>♦GRIPE

I do feel satisfied about my technical progress but i´m not happy.
I feel i didn't express myself openly and completely.

Well the origin of this painting was studying craig mullins,
not expressing myself openly.

Kind of thinking to go back and make some personal paintings
Out the context of trying to get to Feng Zhu and Craig Mullins level.
Out trying to reach the crazy unreachable perfection.
Which by the way, i feel blocks me from being myself.

We’ll see what happens.

Ummm i don't like it, doesn't feel completely wet, it kind of feels dry,
I think i went to heavy on photo scrap phase.
But to be true, i'm not that smart enough to paint alla prima and get good results like craig mullins

Your dragon anatomy sucks, ohh...i see...you actually wanted to paint a chicken. haha.

i do like the format ratio.

Practice more dragon anatomy and construction, and design.

Cry like a little baby,

But don't give up.
