Well, the obvious option would be Starlight not getting interrupted and after curing Twilight of her phobia using the opportunity for mischief.
But I also like the idea of somepony coming to her rooms and finding that Starlight got a bit too good at practicing in front of a mirror, and taking that opportunity (most likely Trixie coming to visit/raid her fridge or Rainbow flying past her window and noticing).

Twilight Sparkle makes an adorable baby alicorn. Definitely think she could use a playdate with Flurry Heart!
Speaking of role reversals, I wonder how small Twilight Sparkle's parents feel when they see their big children. Feeling small as it is, might they want their own children to tuck them to bed and read a bedtime story? (I wonder how traumatized they are by the time their daughter accidentally turned them into potted plants.)

That was a great short. I liked the 'side effect' of the cure along with how Rainbow Dash could only make sound effects while Pinkie was able to understand them. :)
Taking Twily back to Twilight Velvet would make the most sense. Maybe some diapered downtime will get Twilight to realize she can't always put the weight of everything on Spike while she goes about research and adventures. Perhaps Twily will return to normal and have a heartfelt moment with Spike on realizing how it must be having been a kid and treated to 'Twilight Standards'?
