Negative Emotions and how i deal with them {READ THE DESCR}
Translation for the pictures, i draw things like that a lot but never post them here.
"I had a lot of difficulties in my life lately so there were a lot of NEGATIVE EMOTIONS to deal with.
Sometimes it feel like there is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide as well as there is no way to solve them.
But here are some things i do for myself to calm down and find the way out.
WATER
I cry a lot. A while ago when i was a kid my grandparents told me that water washes away all the bad things.
So now when i feel bad or sad i cry or go splash some water on my face or even take a shower.
I think that it is important to let it go and not just hide it.
VOICE
It is important to me to hear me say things that make me sad.
It hurts sometimes when you realise what you just said because now it seems even more real. But it is the thing that now you can see what hurt you and how big it is. You can see where the weak spots and how to deal with it.
WE ARE NOT THE FIRST TO FEEL THAT WAY
It is not the most pleasant experience when somebody starts to compare your pain with theirs.
That is why i usually go to the past. I read my parents messages from a while ago, go to grandparents and listen to them. Not to feel like they saw worse but to see that thay made it. That they went through that and there is always a reason to fight back.
Let yourself feel things and listen to it.
