Normally I don't post photos but since some of you guys inadvertently helped this cat I figured I'd post a picture of him!
At the end of October our black cat Mew went missing (She's still missing *cry*). Someone brought us this cat mid November that they found hoping he was our Mew. The people that found him had him for a couple of weeks before bringing him to me. Since they didn't have access to social media we took him in to try to find his home. After having him for two days and not pooping or peeing I brought him quickly to the vet. He had a bladder infection and was constipated. He also needed a check up and some tests ran to make sure he was safe to introduce to my animals.
This is where you guys came in! The money that I made from the Christmas Avatars went to pay for his medicals, tests, food, treats and toys for this poor boy!
We where unsuccessful finding his owners and we can only assume he's one of the many cats here in Florida that have been abandoned. My mom is now fostering him and he is currently up for adoption. He's a senior, around 12 years old. Super sweet and affectionate. We can't keep him at our house because he's terrified of the dogs. If you know anyone that would be interested in adopting this wonderful boy be sure to let me know. He's amazing with other cats and he's located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
