Ok this one actually has a bit of a story with it xD. I was doing a charcoal drawing for one of my drawing classes 2 years ago... and I needed something other than my fingers to blend the charcoal smoothly... so I reached for the closest thing I could attempt to blend with: this tissue. Needless to say, it was minutes before the thing started tearing apart and leaving little tissue bits everywhere, so I wadded it up and threw it aside in favor of the sturdier paper towel. After I finished the drawing I almost threw it away, but then I got curious as to how this would look unfolded, so I opened up the tissue and found this :3.

One pretty awesome accident, I think ;p
