Mine... sort of came about through an accident. I had an old jacket and living in Houston, you don't really need jackets XD so I cut off the sleeves and thought to myself, "... this looks victorian... Oh my god, need to make it steampunk NOW." ... The goggles I already had laying around from a convention XD
