Tituba: One of the things I always have to remind my patients is that taking a day to just sit down and think about yourself isn't a bad thing. Even if its more like taking an hour to sit down and just think one out. Hang out at that cafe. Settle down in a bath bomb. Sit on that park bench for fifteen minutes.
One of my patients gifted me a onesie. Which I'm surprised they found in my size. I'm not exactly a small woman. But with winter biting a little fiercer than usual, I've found myself wrapped up in it and a nice cup of oolong one my off days.
