I don't know what you have planned, but maybe something along the lines of, "Jake, this isn't working out. You're a nice guy and all, but I'm just not feeling right about being with you. No, I don't think there's anything you can do -- you've been honest with me, and that's what you need to be. Now I'm being honest with you."
