It was a bit funny that a good number of people were surprised/shocked to learn that I'm poly, which basically means having more than one lover. It's a sort of relationship not many people accept, but that wasn't what really stopped me from talking about it or anything. Really I picked the upcoming Valentine's Day as a good time as any to get a picture like this as last year I had something similar, but this one is so much better. I even have this picture as my new phone home screen and it honestly warmed my heart seeing it just about every time I use my phone today. I do hope that everyone gets to enjoy their time on V Day, whether they spend it with someone, with people, or just by themselves cause it shouldn't just be about loving someone special to you, but I think it should be about loving yourself as well.
