The debut appearance of the latest incarnation of Captain Outback (as well as Cap himself in general. This OC will be different as he's a comic book character in Ken Dalton's universe [as well as his most favorite suerheroes], but also physically exists in the CU [non-canon for now]).
Before joining the Australian BOS, Kellan Davis was a normal, everyday mechanic who tried to make ends meet. Att that changed the day a stranger came to his garage one day and gave him two mystical boomerangs powered by the Dream Time; naming him the current holder of the moniker of Captain Outback.
After much training, Kellan fashioned himself a rudimentary costume and made a name for himself; eventually catching the eye of the Australian BOS.
(New character in a uniques style)
Inspirations were: Captain America (especially the MCU movies), Captain Britain, Union Jack, and that one episode of Super Hero Squad (still ten times better than TTG)
