Though, I don't really see him as the angry type, even though his headshot looks angry. I just wanted to show his teeth, dangit!!
evilkitsune71290 was part of my reason for making him, but I mainly wanted a merman cuz I also love me some merms. Still gotta design a naga and samurai as well! Naga could be a part of the same world but I don't think the samurai will be. lawl
And I was telling myself to go simple with his design... lol that didn't happen. <___> JUST HAD TO KEEP GOING!
Once I add more to his toyhouse I'll share more on plans for him!

He's the good type of complicated. The most I'd say is a lot is the tips of the fins, but they add a nice contrast and shot of brightness to his design. He would be cool without it, he's not made worse for it.
