Meditativeness transforms existence into ecstasis
Meditativeness is the abscence of mind and the abscence of mind is bliss. When one puts a lot of energy into meditation, bliss is the normal state of consciousness. At the beginning, self discipline might be required to calm the mind. One day, every action happens in meditativeness and everything becomes easy. Being meditative means to simply live in the present moment, without having the restless and opinionated mind in front of it that is judging the present moment according to its program. To live in the present moment means to be free of the mind. The mind always needs to look at the future or at the past. When one lives a lot in the mind, one never really lives in the present moment and one makes the present moment their enemy. Mind is desire. When one is not living in the mind, one is free of desire and one is not dependent on others to make one feel good. And when one is not dependent on others to make one feel good, one can love others without conditions. Meditation, the transcendence of desire, is a way of spiritual growth. When there is no desire, bliss follows. By unlearning desire, one stops to contribute to society and instead, begins to contribute to meditation. One can find inner contentment by just living in meditation, without the need of consuming something except for the essential needs. The mind needs more things than the body actually needs to stay sane. So when there is no mind, there is also not much need to keep oneself sane. Meditativeness means to live without conditions or attachments. When one is meditative, there is nothing that can be lost or that needs to be achieved. When desire is lost, one can just be in the present moment and enjoy being blissful, watching one's thoughts pass by. Meditation means to accept the present moment as it is, without thinking about it. A peaceful environment is the fertile soil where meditation can unfold. It is easy to let go and go with the flow when the mind is empty. The more empty the mind, the more easy it is to just be. It is even possible to just sit and do nothing for hours and feel ecstatic by doing so, because there is no attachment to the mind. A higher intelligence moves one when one lives in meditativeness. This is what we call to go with the flow. The flow is that intuitive higher intelligence. The mind fears giving up control because it cannot comprehend that there is something beyond the mind which is more intelligent. It is something that can only be experienced in meditation. The flow has been there before there was mind and it is still there, but one cannot experience it as long as one is only busy with looking at what's happening inside the mind. Meditation means to transcend the thinking. The less one thinks, the more one loves. This love that is running through one is that higher intelligence that moves one when one does not live in the mind.
