Chaos Coyote had pointed out to me that before he went to Acme Looniversity he was enrolled in Perfecto Prep. Unfortunately he was given the boot for the unthinkable crime of getting CAUGHT while cheating. He asserts that he had been framed.

Despite already having done an Acme version, I had to give a shot at drawing Chaos in a Perfecto style "Martial Arts Movie" uniform.

This design is a bit of an Homage to the "The Acme Bowl" episode. The first time we see Roderick, Danforth and "Edwin" the trio and the rest of the student body were wearing Cloaks with hoods while gathered around a great bonfire.
Also there are a few Video Games that show teenaged martial artist characters wearing Hoodies of various kinds so I figured that it would be allowed.

His goggles here are brass and green glass because I figured that among the rich, the antique 'Steampunk' look would be far more stylish than the utilitarian kind and fit into the dress code.
