Hello there!
Golly I am really really glowing with happiness with this birthday art! ^_^
I would have put the species as Alien, however...he's also a Dinosaur...Being...imagine my dilemma there.
tanio Drew this absolutely, fantastic, marvelous and astoundingly PERFECT art piece, and boy was it worth every penny~
This is an extremely beautiful, and actually VERY accurate picture, compared to what I had illustrated myself about two months ago. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/29648436/
In fact, I am extremely ecstatic at the level of detail in this! So beautiful, I literally said, "WHOA..!" when I saw it the first time. Thank you so much Tanio, you rock!
Here we have A'renax(myself) celebrating his 25th birthday, with some delicious cake! Sadly, he doesn't always remember his strength, as that table (sadly?) found out first hand. On Dinoria, kitchen/eating utensils do not exist (except for chopsticks on occasion but that's just for fern noodles only), so naturally he simply lean-lunged and took a nice big chomp out of the pastry, and mmmm-mmm was it delicious! However he couldn't remember if this was his first or third cake...hard to tell when you're so happy like I am ^_^
With a happy pat-patting of his belly, that is certainly the sign he likes it, in case licking his chops with a smile wasn't any indication either
Love the cute belly noise too GLRSH~ ^///^
You captured his chubby belly so excellently too buddy! By default, A'renax's physical appearance is actually AVERAGE, meaning some Dinorians actually go beyond average too~
You've captured the elongated neck, plump haunches, thick/big tail, as well as big hand-paws and foot-paws too, delightful and stupendous work on the ENTIRE drawing Tanio! I adore the shading too. Excellent work on his three-fingered hands as well.
A'renax is actually based off of myself in real life quite a bit, with some added parts because of the species he's based off of, and my own subjects I enjoy.
My aliens are not anthros at all. They are actually Semi-anthros, with a mostly bestial/animalistic being the bigger half. Semi-anthro means its a non-human animal that can walk upright on two legs if it wants to, and even do things a humanoid can do, in its own way, among other things. Also in this picture, Arenax's legs are technically on the side of his torso, since he's a bestial-esque creature; his bipedal stance and posture is just mimicry.
The facial expression really makes me smile a lot, lovely and happy look, with a jaw lick, and drooling too. Excellent work on the eyes and head shape as well; fun fact, the Dinorians don't have eye whites. Their "scleras" are actually a different color, A'renax's just happens to be a darker brown.
More or less, A'renax and the rest of his kind are "Dinosaur-Alien-Monsters", but that doesn't mean he has to look completely scary~
Thank you so much for being able to be commissioned Tanio, you rock!!!
MASSIVE Heap of credit to
tanio for drawing and coloring this wonderful birthday commission for me, I really really appreciate and love it buddy.
Thank you again ^_^
Credit to
sergeantstacker me as well, as A'renax is an alternate me, as well as part of my Dinorian/Saurischian creation-universe, and solely belongs to me.

Thank you Skuncario, I appreciate it all the same ^_^
Ooooh yessss, Tanio did an absolutely PERFECT artisty here.
I'd been going over it for a while, and tbought to myself,
"You know...aliens, and in my case Alien-Monsters, don't necessarily have to be all super dduper scary, but they don't need to be super duper cute either. Just...appear and be friendly somewhat instead."
He certain delivered ^_^

*Rels his tongue in, while his jaws suddenly get wider amd wider, his bones and cartilage expanding his jaws, while their paws grabbed a hold of you, and stuff your head and shoulders right into his jaws, clamping down onto you, his beak helping keep you in place by gripping your spinal cord.*
Mhm! Though I may go back on my own and try something with the Styracsis, however at a later date.
I was at a museum a few days ago and managed to find a great skeletal diagram of Styracosaurus. Judging from what I saw, I theoretically could have a similar skeleton, and still stand up on two legs. Their belly would ceade being the center of gravity when bipedal, and it wiuld sorta...sag down a bit.
They would end up looking broad and such. I'll have to experiment, but in the meantime, I'll be drawing a new Dinorian when my motivation returns.
Spent way too much time on one of the species types ^///^

Ah, Museums! I remember one time seeing a Triceratops fossil and just being overcome with awe.
I look forward to whatever new ones you produce. I think the real challenge here is going to be the hip muscles and bone structure as well as the spinal structure to generate that flexibility so they can stand bipedal.
Dominus tecum

Awesome ^_^
I went to the natural history museum where i live, and saw a new exhibit, showing and depicting Antarctic Dinosaurs, especially the Crylophosaurus. As well as talking about how treterous getting all the fossils out were, in addition to Antarctica being neuttal ground for research by a few countries.
It is a very wonderful exhibit, too pictures too~
