I imagine Worgen Eternal may later have gotten himself in trouble after repeatedly annoying human and night elf women but likely attractive women of any species with bounding up to them carrying a coil of rope in his jaws and then dropping it at their feet. He might then have whined continuously while giving them puppy dog eyes until they tied him up at which point he might then demand to be patted on the head or scratched behind the ears and told that he's a good boy. While some if not all women might have found it somewhat cute and some might well enjoy having such a large burly but fluffy Worgen tied up, enough found it annoying that he found himself in trouble.
Eternal then found himself spending a period of time in the pillory and some time in the stocks though that wouldn't be overmuch a bother for him even somewhat enjoyable and he was given a chance to redeem himself with a mission to spy on Horde activities, which would require the utmost discretion. Eternal would find himself somewhat carelessly falling into the hands of a blood elf sorceress whom sensed his true nature and decided to interrogate him for what knowledge he possessed which resulted in the inevitable bondage session for Eternal. He was somewhat unnerved to learn that this sorceress Sylnia Lividfeather had though certain favoured methods of interrogation and as she told him with a smile, "You'll soon learn how I got my name little wolf."
