Tier C chibi for harikuran !

My friend Hari was super sweet and commissioned me for a chibi last night because I needed an updated version
of my chibi style to show clients in the near future, fortunately since we're friends and she is super sweet she's letting me use
it as a process gif and examples for the future! : ) Check out her art too, she's amazing and she's a great artist!
