Oooo very nice. A great PoV and one very cool take on Toriel. I like how much detail you put into her. She looks all wise and cute, but... perhaps not completely innocent and a wee bit more dominant here. Also a neat idea to go with a slightly different colour for her soles too - that's really eye-catching.

I think it looks great - it makes it more obvious that it transitions from short fur to smooth, but not so obvious that you wouldn't know without getting "closer" to look, and that makes it a playful detail. :)
