A) Cyclonus is a pirate and refers to Galvatron with feminine titles such as his 'lady' and 'siren' (though male sirens are a thing it's more female-attributed)
B) In the show Galvatron suddenly pulled out the ability to manipulate gravity and was damn good at it, having picked up around 20 bots at once and hardly breaking much of a sweat over it. He's levitating Cyclonus here.
