He reminds me of the Lucariodude who organized the Pokémon and balloons party that Shiny once got invited to. Luke I mean. I bet Shiny, him and Chara as a normal looking Charizard would sure have fun alongside Ruby at such a happy occasion. Makes me wonder if Ruby would have a Pokélooners Pokémon Team, hehe. Shiny would have fun bing part in that as long as he can keep his favorite neckerchief with the musical note and it's more about playing around rather than battling. ^_^
