Not a stranger to defeat like her squad leader is, the Wolf unit known as Beta, or Betty as everyone else seems to call her, took the thrashing by their target Alice better than most. She's just happy she didn't lose anyone this time, though depressed that despite all she did, her weapons could barely hit the evasive Rabbit. And the few that did, barely did any damage at all. It was a miracle that she managed to survive the encounter, though her ego is still damaged. She realized that she can't be the lone wolf that she thinks she is.

Not one to be be outdone or outdated by either Shizune or Alice, Betty took it upon herself to make changes to how she hunted. Taking the remaining discarded kyu-bits that Shizune got rid of, she mated her OMNI weapons frames onto the semi-intelligent bit units. She did away with her docking stations and volunteered to house a new experimental generator that allows for more power as well as energy for a built in weapon, which makes up for the high powered laser on her tail.

Realizing that her traditional method of 'standing around and blasting away' won't work, she removed most of her armor and made modifications to her body. She can now change her stances at will from a 2 legged humanoid mode to a feral 4 legged animal-like mode. In this form she is harder to hit, faster and more maneuverable, and able to target her tail laser more easily. This allows her to conduct attacks with her new Pack system.

Her best new feature is her Pack. A cross between the armor and weapon systems from her old self as well as the kyu-bits from Shizune, she has several transformable escorts that follow her into battle. So far only 2 units were seen with her, a unit consisting of her chest armor and vulcan weapons, and her leg armor and missile unit. They are quite intelligent and can operate of their own will, though they enjoy following her commands primarily. They usually are docked to her before and during some engagements, and detach and transform to their new modes to join in the attack. When not in battle her Packs tend to wander around her on the installation and interact with others like small pets. So far she's named the two units as Delta and Gamma, in honor of her lost siblings.
