C.E: Wavy Willow Maractus Mashing

I usually keep things normal when drawing pokes, but when I want to make an actual character I usually need to go somewhere creative with whatever I'm working with it to keep interesting (i.e. add much fluff.) So I gave a maractus some willow tree hair and pom like hands, all with a cool color asthetic making it seem a little more polar. I image her traveling to colder areas than a cactus would and often having to shiver and hide in all that hair.
