Expand consciousness by watching and letting go of the mind
The truth can only be realized when you have the courage to quiet your mind which is mostly restless and outward focused since it fears solitude and look inside to seek self realization. Let go of all your thoughts, let go of the thought you believe you are. Do not fear to lose your imagined self. Deep inside, there is your true self, the truth before you started to identify with your fears, with the ego, with the body, before you started to believe in time, in beginnings and endings. Wake up from your dream about time, and you can see that there is nothing but love. When you are awake, watch your mind from a state beyond time. To exist in time means to exist in fear, to exist beyond time means to exist in love. Remember the truth behind the story you find yourself in right now. You are the Big Bang, ever expanding, timeless. When you have that awareness, you can never feel lonely, because you are one with everything. You, the Big Bang, are the creator, and right now, you create the story that you have a body, that you are human. You have created many stories in unconsciousness, but now you have become conscious, you can go beyond the story. And you, the Big Bang, are still expanding, and even when you leave the story behind, even when you leave your body, you will still go on expanding into love. The story, the ego, the body, is mortal, but your true self, the Big Bang, the soul, is immortal. The creation can end, but the creator cannot end. When the creator is not identified with the creation, there can be no fear. There can only be love. The moment you begin to watch your created mind from this space, you begin to expand your consciousness. With every time you are watching your thoughts, your consciousness expands. And the more your consciousness expands, the more you can let go of the mind. The mind always projects something onto the outer world and distorts the actual reality with its projections. There only is, and has ever been, the singularity. Everything else is a projection of the mind. Meditativeness is a state of consciousness beyond mind. When there is a gap in the mind and there is consciousness behind the mind, one creates a vessel for the universal consciousness that lives in the singularity, or the absolute.
In fact, we are all disciples of the absolute. The difference is, when you are a conscious disciple, you do not resist the flow of expansion. When you are an unconscious disciple, you are resisting the flow, and your life will become a struggle. The more conscious, the more awake the disciple in you is, the better is your connection with the absolute, the more you will be able to go with the flow, and your whole life becomes a blissful movement, because this is what the absolute is: Highest consciousness, absolute meditativeness. Everyone lives in the universe of their own creation. In the mind, everyone lives their own karmas and projections which are imagined distractions from the absolute. So whenever you are not in meditativeness, you are living in the karmic mind. When there is only meditativeness, you are out of all karmas. When you are out of your karmas, your consciousness can expand. It expands silently. When you live in meditativeness and find yourself in a moment of unconsciousness and realize that you have fallen into an identification with a thought, you just are again caught in another karma. Karmas appear, but when you are very conscious, you can let go of them within a moment. Synchronicities are unresolved karmas that appear in the world of form. When karmas are fading away, one can move out of the dream of the karmic mind. First one has to look at one's own thoughts to realize that to live a thought means to live a karma. This is what self realization means. It means to go beyond one's own thoughts. Meditative consciousness cannot be comprehended by the mind because it goes beyond mind. No spiritual concept can truly describe expanded consciousness because only the mind needs concepts. Constant meditativeness is the most aware state of consciousness. The fear of insignificance is what drives the mind. The fear of losing the mind is what creates the dimension of mortality inside of one's consciousness. When one is out of this karma, one can say that one has reached the state of spiritual enlightenment. Consciousness is something which goes beyond life and death, which is not bound to the universe of bodies, concepts, desires and sufferings.
Spiritual enlightenment is by definition the abscence of all suffering, because it is the abscence of the mind which creates suffering. Suffering has existed in the universe since the mind has been created. If it would not be the suffering of these days, it would be a different suffering. Thinking is always suffering. One who is always thinking cannot find pure consciousness. This is the truth of the universe. Think, and forget about love. Let go of thinking, and remember love. Only when you can realize that you have forgotten, you can remember. When your ability to think and your awareness of your suffering has reached its peak, you have also reached the peak of human wisdom. You have now become wise enough to let go of thinking and remember love, or just consciousness. Wisdom is the awareness that consciousness is suffering from the belief in the mind. So do not go on trying to change the universe, you have tried this in many incarnations for thousands of years and the universe is still suffering. The universe in the mind can never reach a state of no suffering, because it is moving in circles. Instead, let go of the mind and become meditation. Because meditation is remembrance, it is the state of no mind. Suffering can only persist in ignorance and forgottenness, which is what the mind is made of. The highest wisdom cannot reach you when you are not open. To become open to the absolute, you need meditation, because meditation opens your mind. Lack of meditation will keep your mind closed and your consciousness will keep suffering from ignorance. Meditation is the real state of no suffering, because then you are no longer moving in circles. No mind, no life, no death, meditativeness is all what remains. This is why it is possible for monks to meditate until they leave their bodies! They are already living in unconditional love consciousness without their minds and if they live in their bodies or not simply makes no difference anymore. Enlightenment is like you have always looked at a faraway window or at a symbol inside your mind where light was shining through, and then one day, you realize that when you look at the window, you look into a shadow. Because light is all around you, because you find yourself on the other side of the window, and the window to the mind becomes smaller and smaller and disappears as you expand into your enlightened consciousness...
