In this artwork, Sassy displays her love for Dupe by caressing her tail across her lover's face/chin/neck/cheek. And let me tell ya, I've never seen Dupe so lovestruck in my life. Well, not since Milo being easily taken by Sapphire's beautiful appearance and personality. Long story short, in-universe, Sassy has easily won the attention of Dupe by using her tail. And he doesn't seem to mind.
