Aw Blake... You don't have to say no to hotdogs!
Just eat everything unhealthy in the morning, preferably before noon, and the rest of the day is healthy mix of vegetable and meat (little to no bread, past or other fillers). Nuts are good source of fat if you are missing for some. Three days a week do a 45 minute workout and by three months you should already be presentable enough to go to the beach with no shame, even pride.
It requires hard work and dedication if you want more drastic or those that show bigger effect. Honestly though, just learn to live and eat healthy first. Workouts are just fluff in the end of the day.
