I set out to make some of my favorite pokemon into Ferals since I've gotten all of my Legendaries done for the project. Thus, I went back to my Red/Blue/Yellow days... I had ALWAYS had a Gyarados on my team no ifs, ands, or butts about it. They were the Awesome Sauce back then and they still are to an extent today if they are properly trained.

Gyarados, as the Bulbapedia says, are rarely shown with the mouths closed. Thus, I went with massive fangs that prevent these creatures from closing their mouths entirely. If the wings/elongated fins bother people. It can be removed from the concept all together. I draw these plagued creatures how I'd 'see' them in a world.

It doesn't mean that these guys can fly, heavens no... they cannot learn fly, the main things the parts are used for is swimming and an extra boost to get out of the water. I see them as giant sea dragons, which well they kinda are in a way. But yeah, ya know... if the wings bother people that much they'll be removed in the final product. Or they'll be turned into smaller fins... *shrugs*
