My character when put into the world of shadowrun. I am SUPER into the shadowrun aesthetic at the moment aaaaaaaaa i can't help it!
A little bio info!

Weight: 135 lbs
Likes: Sweets, Fang, "cute patients", Fruit, Animals.
Dislikes: Spicy food, Syringes (she avoids them when possible), Alcohol.
After her escape five years ago from a lab in Japan Camillia eventually settled with a rather odd Fairy who worked as a street doctor and became her mentor in magic. She 's become almost unrecognizable to those who knew her back then and has adapted to the runner style of life, even adopting some slightly sadistic undertones. She now works as a full time street doctor with the capability of moving around a lot more and covering half of her mentors workload. She travels with her Spirit animal companion Torkai, A white wolf capable of increasing his size from that of a normal sized dog to a ten foot tall mess of teeth and claws.

Intimidation can be done through more than brute force. It's more that because of the spirits around her she sends a chill down the spine of people she approaches. Her eyes are unnatural, just slightly off and when she grins she shows that her sharpened fangs and if you're in her clinic there's a high chance she's brandishing a scalpel or something similar.
think...the difference between being scared of someone because they are bigger than you and might punch your lights out.

but... if she is unassuming and people don't realize she is intimidating.... is she intimidating? like.... would she be intimidating or unnerving? gives off this feeling of uneasiness that something is just... wrong about her and you dont want to get close to her?

Well shadowrun is basically a cyberpunk aesthetic. It's not uncommon for urban punk to look like this. She's got contact lenses that make her eyes look different which adds to the subtle creep factor and they also function as screens that hook up to her commlink (basically a small computer like device that connects you to the net wirelessly) which also happens to be her headphones.
It's a super fun setting to write a character in, because of how advanced tech is you can pretty much go as outlandish as you want while still having magic be a thing as well. I can have her be a druid while still being an urban street punk with tech sense and it's pretty amazing XD.

You'd be surprised. As long as you are in meatspace there will also be people to harvest from and people looking to buy. Knowing the right people (aka contacts) means you can do your business anywhere in globe.
Also it's honestly easier to harvest and sell organs on the go, if you try and do it too long in one area the wrong (or right, depending on how you look at it) people will try "clean up" such a refined business.
