They should do Lady and the Tramp 3 where Buster tries to kill Lady and the rest of Tramp's family as an act of revenge against Tramp and Scamp for both rejecting him. And probably Tramp himself with that "If I can't have you, no one can!" mentality. Or if not a movie then at least this could be a scenario in Kingdom Hearts 4. XD
Highly unlikely for Disney to do that, especially if it'd bring lady and tramp's family to extinction. That to me sounds like a bad fanfiction ^^

Yeah, you’re right. Having Buster try to kill everyone does sound overboard. Besides, if Kingdom Hearts 4 did do Lady and the Tramp, it would more likely retell the plot of 1 or 2. 2 being the most likely in my personal opinion as it is the more recent story. Plus it would fit the context of Kingdom Hearts 4 being the new generation game so naturally it would probably focus more on Disney sequels as well as some potential Disney classics that still remain untouched. I would explain more but that might spoil Kingdom Hearts 3 for you if you planned on playing it.
Man I really didn't like the focus on Scamp in the sequel, it always felt like some kid butting in on grown folks' conversations. I wish it was about Lady, Tramp and Buster more. They were the most interesting aspect of the sequel and it felt dirty having Lady be reduced to such a minimal role and that she and Buster never interacted in the film
Well, while I wouldn't hold my breath on it, there has been a number of sources as of late that confirm that production has started on a 3rd animated film and TV series for Disney+. (Unrelated to the current live action L&TT 2019) It's a bit too early to make any bets on it. Be it's quality or even it's very existence. But chances right now are about as good as they would ever be for the 3rd film.
A number of sources, including animator Steve Hulette, revealed in a blog post that an animated L&TT TV series is in production, headed by a feature length 40 minute pilot episode/film which would be canonically L&TT 3. Like I said, it's too early to tell anything right now, and I'm not holding my breath on anything...but the chances seem pretty high at this moment.
