Artistic Politics Info 2019 (PRICES PER CHARACTER):
1) All payments must be done at Paypal, to my paypal email = petersonart[at]hotmail.com
2) No Refunds
3) No Private commissions.
4) I will only start drawing the picture after receiving the payment.
5) I will send you the Public version which size is 100dpi resolution (which can be Horizontal or Vertical, depending what you choose)
6) Only at Rough Sketch State You can modify anything you want. Later states (styles) will no longer be modified.
7) You can get previews of your picture at any time. This implies only a screen shot of the work, not the full picture.
8) Only the selected Style Picture will be sent to you. For example, if you paid for a Flat Color Style Pic
you will only get that style and not the previous styles like Rough Sketch and Black and White Clean Style,
that implies the order of making or reaching at that final style.
9) Only if you are my PATRON you will be able to receive the PATREON VERSION of the Commission which should be at 400dpi resolution (over 4000x4000 pixels)
10) There will be always an extra % Paypal charge (because Paypal charges it and most of the commissioners don't pay this extra-charge) and it probably will increase with the time
11) There are Extra High Prices not listed for "Special Fetishes" not of my taste such as (Diapers, Inflation, Big Sized "parts", etc.)
12) These politics may change with time
