this is my fursuit head to be! It's going to be a Tiger/Dog head. Please do tell me how i can improve it.

Looks like a great start! Just start carving. But don't rush to finish. When you're done carving, let your eyes rest and then go back to it, and keep repeating said step until it looks good. That'll help with the proportions and to make sure everything IS staying straight.
You've got the right idea going :) Here's a crappy redline I did... I'm on my laptop so the lines aren't perfect or even, but it gives you a general idea. Do you have any direct front or side pictures??
