Los Marcados son aquellos que tienen adoración por Madre Todopoderosa y El Ruso, estos son seres que han vendido su existencia al Ruso a cambio de algo, por lo cual deben portar una marca que simbolice el contrato eterno que se ha hecho.

Los Marcados no le rinde culto al Ruso, entre ellos se puede encontrar opiniones mixtas hacia ese ser.

Pero lo mas destacable es que gran numero de sus miembros también forman parte de Los Vástagos Fieles debido a que no existe conflicto de interés entre estos dos grupo.
