The amount of propaganda and the lack of balanced news about Venezuela here is really creepy.

The U.S. is supposed to be a free country with a free press, but at the rate we're going it looks to me like we're about to force a coup which will start a civil war. Most people here have no idea about the truth of the situation there.

I had to learn about such a sad situation, back in your country. Certainly it does not help much ignorance when you try to raise your home after the passage of a disaster (the Economic Crisis of 2009: I had to see how not a few survive on the sidewalks of the streets, I do not want to imagine the cold days) .

Certainly, between Obama and Trump have sunk your nation in more than just misery: in the Darkness. But neglect, not for nothing say that "Up there is a God who sees everything." If you believe in Destiny, do not lose hope: the punishment for so many barbarities will not be long in coming.

Although ... a small advance coming from the citizenship would not be bad ... How many could there be discontented in the 53 states of the Union ... to organize, in the US, a REVOLUTION?

There are thousands of homeless people where I live, near San Francisco, one of the richest areas of the country. It's a disgrace..

The one good thing that may come from our current president is a backlash. Most of the people in the U.S. do not agree with his policies. But so many Americans are sheep. The presidential election was close. About 1/3 voted for Hilary, 1/3 for the orange guy, and 1/3 didn't vote at all. There is still about 1/3 of the country who love him and what he's doing. It's hard to imagine how this is possible.

We need a revolution, but most American's asses would have to literally be on fire to get them into the streets.

Corporate capitalism and greed and Right wing/ fascist types are causing problems all over the world. Just today I was hearing of the situation in Haiti, it's even worse than Venezuela or Brazil. But the people are in the streets fighting it every day.

(sorry how late I answer you, the internet has been recovering little by little after a sabotage to the power line of the nation, you will have already seen news about it).



I have seen photos of "Homeless", have practically become Micro Towns taking advantage of sidewalks and vacant land. I do not want to imagine when the rains and snows arrive. In truth, the situation in your country has surpassed too many levels of tolerance, on top of disappointments like Obama (let's hope that the Democratic majority does not repeat its mistake: betray the hopes of its voters). And they need a revolution, but the American case is special: remember that, with that perspective, there are many armed groups like armies in the United States (the permit to carry and sell weapons is a nightmare for what I know).



Still, do not lose hope, one third of the country is imbecile, the other third is stupid and the other is zombie means only one thing: the remaining percentage wants things to be fixed with justice and fight for that, concentrate your attention in that percentage. The Bolivarian Revolution started with just a handful ... look at us now.
