His jeans look good. the pattern fits them fine. The shirt could use some texture because the jeans have texture. Color overall works well. The arm is pretty cool looking, and yes, even I had such fantasies.

The cybernetic arm looks suitably fanciful. Cute spiral gate joint for the elbow. What's the tube hooked up to? Hand looks good. Arm width and size look just about right. His left shoulder could join to his body a bit better. I like the multiple joins connecting the robotic arm to the bicep. That blade would be nasty coming out if he were scratching himself.

His face reminds me of Dr. Venture from Venture Brothers both normal and in his Rat form from Dean Venture's dream at the end of season 2. You could give him some teeth lines.

The right arm's shape is fine overall, the inside bicep area of the upper arm could use a bit more curve where it joins the lower arm. The bottom of his right lower arm could be less curved from elbow to wrist. Flattening that out I think would enhance the arm but I can't really tell for sure. Arm itself may be too thick. The hand size seems about right.
