"Have always wanted to get across the idea she tends to fish as a job and way of getting cheap/"free" food without needing to go back to GR city. If she catches anything extra (that is keepable by her standards) she takes it to GR and sells it. This particular location is in a more developed area than her home, hence sitting on a dock instead of grass/edge of the water and why it lacks a mountain background. (Or really any BG since I didn't get to that)'
