The desert travel gear is of a common style found in the deserts of Linna's home. The loose robes help keep the wearer cool under the hot sun while also offering some protection against the sandstorms that rage through the land. The goggles were custom built for Linna to fit around her horns.
The regal outfit isn't indicative of what the nobility of the realm usually wear, but Linna decided many years ago it was worth making a statement. Many of her court outfits bear many traditions of other realms.
