Oh come on, you so know that Ryoko would be part of the Sinestro Corps. She is an infamous space pirate after all, and the mere mention of her name can make entire planets tremble in fear. Anyway, her outfit is a mix of her outfit from Tenchi In Tokyo and the basic Sinestro Corps costume, yea I know it still needs a lot of word, but it's still better than the previous picture I posted. Hm, I would be interested to see the Sinestro corps original design to compare notes with... This does indeed seem like a good design in any case. I would say however, that her belt doesn't seem to work well with that outfit- I imagine it should thin down or be angled downward as it comes in toward her naval.
I see, well as you can see here: http://www.twinplanets.com/cels/tm_ryoko1.html , that outfit that Ryoko wore in Tenchi in Tokyo had this bluish-black belt type thing there, I probably could have just turned it yellow and used that instead now that I think about it.
