First off, I did not draw this and I make no claim to the art. Edis drew this himself on May 17 2008.
This is a tribute to losing one of the best artists I have seen in the furry fandom. It feels like this is all that is left of him. *sniffle* I don't think anyone will ever be able to fill his collar and replace him. UPDATE: I had archived most of Edis' male art before he left. I found a topic on paws.ru asking for anyone that had Edis' work to upload it so that it wouldn't be lost. I uploaded almost everything that I had of his to that topic.

Heh, I don't think anyone can say they haven't made someone else mad at them over the internet. But those people, like you said, go to the complete extreme and try to ruin someone's real life... That's just retarded... To hate someone you don't even know enough to try to ruin their real life is just....badong.
I knowing this is very far from a scathing insult all things considered, but it's all so ludicrously childish. I'm gonna keep calling this kettle black, I know these people are not happy. They need the tenuous spike of power and control and for that I kinda feel bad for them....the pant wettingly insane ignoramuses.
But let's not overlook the glaring positive side effect in that he got out when hte getting was good and it's all chill. And I hope he sees these

Yeah, it is ridiculously dumb... I hope he sees it too. A lot of people looked to his art for inspiration and technique. I'm glad that no real harm came to him but I am still sad that he had to leave... Especially under circumstances like this. The two commissions I got from him are two of my favorites. I wish I could have gotten more from him before he left.
One thing to know about us fellow felines is picking your spots on what to do. Stopping the artwork completely or leaving the fandom could very well mean a simple break from it all and lay low. How long will that take? Who knows? But he didn't say the word "never." He'll be back -nyo, I'm sure of it. Besides, clean work can be just as awesome too.
Oh for sure. Clean art is great. I like almost all of his art. The thing is though he shouldn't have to be limited to drawing only clean art if he wanted to draw other stuff because of some stupid moron who has nothing better to do than attempt to ruin another person's life. Just my thoughts on the matter.
It breaks my heart and pisses me off at the same time to see that those gutless P'tahks chased away yet another awesome artist...especially someone as kindhearted as Edis.

At work, found a lot of Edis Kraf's artwork, brought back memories of when I first saw his art several years ago.
So beautifully done, soulfully executed. I had the idea of finding Edis here and commissioning him...
Then I found this picture, and had no idea of his passing.
I feel depressed now... Hoping work ends quickly.
