As a lot of folks are unable to play SL for various reasons, (the most notables being the whole requireing an ungawdly amount of bandwidth and computing power these days....) I'd been trying to think of ways to show off some of the non-static animations I'd been creating for my character. The video capture system in SL isn't exactly the model of efficiency, nor actually works right half the time... >.>
So, after some noodleing about, I stumbled across a helpful little program called FRAPS. Combined it with flash and some random ramblings, and viola, one small demonstration of the fat lop's ability to actually waddle about! :)

As I said in the description, his particular body's going to be a one-off project for just myself.
But, I may offer the animations for those that wand to do super-sized bodies. I also do have a fatbod kit offred in my shop over in Ess. Its nowhere as big as this, but its fully moddable to tweek, as others have done. The kit is only a body, no paws or head, but it comes with animations I developed to go along with it.

Oh, applause! Congratulations, Meph, very, very good indeed. :) My only suggestions for improvement would be that possibly his legs should swing out wider when he's walking to give it even more realism for that size (and emphasise the waddle even further, of course), and maybe his sides should be a bit more bulked out to match his stomach. Possibly remodel a tad to widen his hips to match that ample behind?
Now all you have to do is figure out the dynamics of how clothing would hold that gut of yours up and how you'll animate them bursting after a big meal...
And did anyone else burst out laughing at the theme music? You should really WARN people about that, Meph...

Yea, I wish the legs did go out further, but there isn't an option for leg distance in the walk developer I was using in Poser and I was afraid to mess with them manually and screw up the dynamics of the walk cycle... I only let it create 3 full movement cycles, but it still weighed in at over 200 frames. Thats a lot of frames to redo by paw and not screw up >.<
Hehe, he's still being tweeked on, too.
Clothing is probably right now, as they'd have to be prim-based as well and that is a total bitch to develop as I found with just making a shirt earlier. :P
I specificly chose that music just because of the twang to it, hehehe ;)

Hehehe, if you weren't talking about Dr. Steel, then all shall be explained!

Awww! We all started out as noobs with AV building and to some extent, I still am one, hehe. You pretty much just have to find a quiet corner and play around with prims :)
I also sell a body kit out of my store in Ess, that while it's nowhere near as big as this body, a lot of folk have used it as a base to make their own bodies since the kit is nice and moddable.

If you haven't, you'll need to get a copy of the animation override (AO) I give out in my shop. Edit a piece of the kit and click the more button. You should then see several labeled tabs, then click on the contents tab. Drag and drop all the animations and the AO into the contents tab, they all have to be in the same contents tab for the same prim for it to work right (for example, I have all my animations and the AO stored in my belly prim). That should take care of things!
