My entry for Dispsosaurus' Hug a Raptor contest. Full view to see the animation.
...yeah, this took quite a lot of time and effort to do. It's only 38 frames and comes in at around 2MB, taking a good few hours over several days to do. Yes a lot of the stuff in there is recycled, edited or whatever and yes, a lot of this could have been better. The chibis were quickly sketched and scanned before I went through the tedious task of colouring them and improving the lineart as if the chibis would be a real (albeit quick and far from perfect) separate submission. The chibis really do suck and I may submit the original in my scraps sometime.
There should be more to say about this but I've forgotten by this point, so...

Thanks, I spent a lot of time and effort on it (although it could still be a lot better) ^_^
The "surprise" had always been planned but the use of the Epic-Fail-Chibis was the last thing to be added in and I wasn't sure I would use 'em as the original pencil sketch I based them on sucked massively...and it still does even after being done digitally >.<
