yeah i agree, i want certain things in my animated gif and i end up cutting almost everything to get it close to 50kb. My avatar right now is at 47kb and i wanted it to spin a bit more but had to cut it down to almost all the frames.

program hopping.

starts as a feed: some internet source usually. if i had a tablet i'd draw them out, but i can't mouse draw worth crap because it's too different then graphite or charcole.

then i jam it into a program that can read it, whether it's photoshop or some nero or windows movie maker or what ever.

convert into flash to get the frame rate and minor editing

edit each layer through photoshop

re-time it through photoshop and save

then boosh, .gif
