I found this girl at one of my favorite thrift stores a couple weeks ago and took the time to make her pretty again! Looks like a young and budding artist used an iridescent nail polish on her symbols and face, and painted spots in her hair (not sure what was used to do that).

Breakdown of everything done to her:
-Used a Magic Eraser to get the nail polish off of her symbols, eyes, and lips
-Took her head off and scrubbed her really well inside and out
-Shampooed and conditioned her hair
-Used the flat iron method to take the frizz out of her mane and tail
-Touched up her eyes with acrylic paint and a matte sealer
-Neck-rolled her mane and leg-rolled her tail to style
