Another character of mine. I really like how this came out even though the background is yet again crappy. It looked a lot better when it was bigger and squished his head when I made it this size.

I messed up on the third layer of rocks. I wasn't thinking and made them gray then changed them to the brownish color later.
The water is nice though.
